For 539S carbs only. Carter Flange Assembly, Flange has been rebuild with new bushings and accessories. A must with a carter carburator revision, as because of usage the valve axles get warn out. And start to suck in air. This will cause the engine to not run properly. Parts comes in a kit, you will need to assemble yourself.
